This programme gives you three lenses and six channels of financial exposure. You'll learn to read transition risk in dollars rather than ratings, and to see the human dimension that determines whether your organisation adapts or freezes.

Extraordinarily Sensible Governance

You've seen the landscape. Now turn the lens on your own organisation and find out where the gap lives between what you've committed to and what you can actually deliver.

You'll apply the ClearSight frameworks to your own context in a small group of peers doing the same. Five dimensions scored. Three lenses applied. The divergences surfaced.

What you leave with

  • A scored assessment of where your organisation stands — against the readiness your own strategy requires, not an external benchmark.
  • The diagnostic skill that separates directors who govern transition risk from those who report on it.
  • A board-ready case for what needs to happen next, with the evidence to back it and the language to hold the room.
